The website of The Electric Lodge #495 G.R.C. has been started by V.W.Bro. Desmond Washer at a time when very few lodges had their own site. He was among the pioneers of web- or e-Masonry! During the years, besides his various offices in the lodge, he maintained and developed our website – filling it with interesting and educative articles.

Now, that Bro. Des retired from actively updating the website, we – all members of The Electric Lodge – express our gratitude for his efforts of many years. Thank you for all your work, Bro. Washer!

We still hope that as the chairman of the local Masonic Education Committee he will contribute valuable content to the Educational section of our website.
